Dush Announces $17,421 in Grants to Support Rural Firefighters in 66th District

BROOKVILLE - In conjunction with Fire Prevention Week, grant funding totaling approximately $17,421 has been awarded to four rural fire companies in the 66th Legislative District, announced Rep. Cris Dush (R-Jefferson/Indiana). The funds are to be used for training and equipment purchases directly related to fighting brush and forest fires.

HARRISBURG – Rep. Cris Dush (R-Jefferson/Indiana) commended the Pennsylvania Utility Commission (PUC) for honoring its pledge to issue a company-specific breakdown of actual rate reductions following the commission’s May 17 executive order requiring 17 major electric, natural gas, and water and wastewater utilities to return $320 million per year to consumers.

Dush to Dedicate PFC Frank Enzer Weiss Marine Corps Bridge

WHAT: Rep. Cris Dush (R-Jefferson/Indiana), veterans, students and elected officials will come together to dedicate the newly constructed bridge on State Route 119 covering Pine Run Creek in Rayne Township, Indiana County, as the PFC Frank Enzer Weiss United States Marine Corps Bridge. The designation was made possible through Act 4 of 2018, which incorporates Dush’s original legislation (House Bill 1516).
