BROOKVILLE – Rep. Cris Dush (R-Jefferson/Indiana) will host his next Firearms Safety and Rights Seminar on Thursday, March 21, beginning at 7 p.m. This no-cost seminar will be held at the Marion Center Area School District Auditorium, 22820 Route 403 Hwy N., Marion Center.
Indiana County District Attorney Patrick Dougherty, Indiana County Sheriff Robert Fyock and Certified National Rifle Association instructors Joe Kalynchuk and Jim Lellock will present the facts and answer questions about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws, the Castle Doctrine and other valuable information regarding firearms safety and state gun laws.
“Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution clearly states: ‘The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the state shall not be questioned,’” said Dush. “These free seminars have become extremely popular and I am pleased to be able to offer it again. The information presented by our highly knowledgeable speakers is helpful to everyone, whether you own a firearm or not. I always learn something new each time, and I encourage District 66 residents to join us and have their questions answered.”
